Twin Button Toilet Flushing Mechanism All aspects of plumbing questions and answers, help, tips and information

Hi all,

The twin buttons for our toilet flushing mechanism have finally died because the thin wire that runs through the cable connecting to the main unit has snapped somewhere along the way.

Anybody know whether replacing the main unit is an easy job or something only a plumber should tackle?
