ventilation problems. :(
Hi can someone advise. I had double glazing and sofits and facias replaced last year. Lovely and warm and draft proof.
The problem now is condensatioin - so much that I can see it on the wallpaper of my rooms where there is an external walls.
It looks like my house is sweating. :(
What can I do, can I get the double glazing people back and ask them to fit trickel vents or something, could you help.
having to strip wallpaper of everywhere as black mould is now appearing. What would be the best way to dry out or ventilate, we have what looks like ventilation bricks in our kitchen wall but these are behind our kitchen units that were fitted prior to moving in.

Suggest you buy a de-humidifier and get trickle vents fitted. The de-humidifier may take some months to remove excess moisture and the vents (if you leave them open) will then limit the build-up of dampness.
