The toilet cistern is fitted with a TORPEC type valve!
When the valve closes you hear a thump/hammer which seems to come from the water pipe feeding the cistern although i can not feel any vibration when i hold the incoming feed pipe. I have tried reducing the water flow to the cistern but this makes no difference!
As anyone got a solution?
