an 'electronic water wizard' is basically just an instant hot water system. it is supplied by gas, has a pilot light that initially needs to be lit, and heats the water via flames under network of coppper pipes[as is my basic understanding]. all the dials are set at max. so i don't know what else i can do?please help!!!!!!

I have never heard of this heater, nor can I find any reference to it anywhere.........so I can only generalise.....

Problems like this with gas water heaters are usually with gas pressure/water flow rates.

I do not recomend trying to adjust these unless you have the skills, knowledge and equipment to do so.

Sorry I can't be more help......but you really do need a gas fitter to look at this.
