water seepage in new extensiom

new extension.
built into gentle slope upwards away from extension.
concrete raft over membrane
water entering when raining and or damp conditions outside.
one rear & side corner only
un-screeded
nothing when ground is frozen
pump needed to clear floor when raining

any suggestions what the solution might be ?[b][/b]

Lower the ground level where the problem exists - you may even have to instal a french drain in the lowered ground level.
