Weathering Collar

Hi people
I am building a conservatory and unfortunately I have to run a plastic soil pipe through the roof.

The roof will be 35mm acrylic sheet.

What is the best and most reliable Weathering Collar that I can use.

Look at the Screwfix site, you will see all you need.
