What depth box do i need?

What is a standard depth of steel box to use for flush mounting sockets and also light switchs,

25MM2 DEEP FOR SOCKETS, 16MM2 DEEP FOR SWITCHES.
( IF DIMMERS USE 25 MM2 )

25mm. or 35 for cooker
