We have a damp cellar which would make an ideal utility room / playroom. There are numerous things that would need doing, the biggest of which would be tanking.
My question is, what order would you do the following?
Tanking with cement slurry incl floor
Install external access door/window
Lighting
Replace old victorian toilet in corner
We don't want it to be flash - the ceiling is too low for it to be an official new room. We'd probably get it done bit by bit, hence my wondering what to sort first.
Any advice would be appreciated.
