Where to buy replacement ceiling vent?

by Pesky_Wabbit » Thu Jan 29, 2026 5:56 pm

I have an old conservatory that was present when I bought the property, it has a polycarbonate roof with two circular solar vents in the roof/ceiling. The exteriorc covers of these vents have now both blown off in the recent storms and are no longer watertight.

I haven't disasembled yet but the vents appear to be one piece that sits externally, with the central part inserted through a hole (roughly 100mm in diameter) and held in place by an interior sleeve that fits snug around the central part.

I've done some research and reckon this model has long been discontinued, but I can't find a like-for-like alternative. Does anyone have any recommendations for a vent I could use to replace?

Hi pesky_wabbit
It’s very unlikely that you will find a direct replacement.
Your vent looks like a passive one (no electric) so you could stick something like the ‘extra aqua roof vent’ on the outside and stick a circular hit and miss vent grille on the inside.
