Victorian conversion 1st floor flat; we want to reduce noise to downstairs neighbour. Currently there's wood-effect laminate, on underlay, on hardboard, then floorboards.
I know ideally laminate should come up but lifting laminate and related work looks v messy and costly.
What are some of the Very Best Underlays that'll a) reduced noise to flat below (both contact and air-borne noise), and b) grip well to the laminate wood-effect flooring and not ripple.
Thanks in advance, enjoy the long weekend :)
