Hi,
Getting some renovation work done by some builders and trying to keep costs down by undertaking some of the jobs myself. One of the jobs I think I am capable of doing is installing new insulation in the ceiling of my kitchen/dining room - part of which is under a cold roof.
While I am confident of actually doing the install, I am less sure about which type of insulation to use - e.g. the standard loft type or insulation board or something else entirely.
Grateful for any advice.
