Hi all,
A kids' bedroom is really cold. Two cavity walls with no insultation.
I am considering insulating it from inside with the insulated plasterboard.
Which one to chose: Knauf XPS Laminate Plus Insulated Plasterboard 27mm or Celotex PL4000 Insulated Plasterboard 37.5mm:
1) Which one gives better heat insulation?
2) Can both be installed using Plasterboard Adhesive Foam?

Hi john89,
The Knauf insulation material has a lambda value of 0.03.
The Celotex insulation material has a lambda value of 0.022 so you are better off with the celotex.
