Woke up to an internal pane of glass smashed with the looks of it what is described as the “butterfly effect”.

It is an encapsulated panel with class 1 pilkinton glass. Was fitted around 5 years ago.

Window company that fitted it asked for a photo and say it looks like it was smashed it isn’t covered under warranty!

It defiantly wasn’t smashed.

Hi shaunhouse
There is a definite impact mark about half way up your image, I doubt the breakage is due to natural causes. Sorry it’s bad news.
