Hi all, I hope I am in the right forum. I have this gas fire and I want to remove the elements to clean the gas fire, cus some elements are not heating properly and some do.
Some time ago a Gas Inspector came to inspect it, he removed one of the element very easily, unfortunately I did not observe him doing it.
When I tried to remove it, it seems they are fixed solid to the frame. It seems I have to dismantle to whole gas fire to clean it, which is odd. I could not find any manual on the internet to explain the procedure.
So please can anyone help me. Regards.
