Wiring a Rangemaster 110 Cooker - correct cable?

by conks » Thu Jun 11, 2009 10:41 am

Hi,

I have to wire my Rangemaster 110 Cooker.

Currently, it looks as if a 6mm2 twin & earth is supplying.

It's a gas cooker, with the sparks supplying the hotplate, and ignition for the gas burners.

Is a 6mm2 really necessary and if so, I guess that a Part P Elec has to fit?

Can somebody confirm please - I'd be grateful.

Thanks.

conks is it a replacement like for like?
We need to know what the power out put of the hob is so can calculate your fuse rating and cable size accordingly.
