It's not draining properly, error code e20

I simply can't remove the filter part to check for blockages. I un screw the white cover and it leaves a grey indented piece which I believe is the filter but no means of getting it out, I've tryed to capture photo - am I missing a tool?

Can't add image I'll try on work PCs Tomm

Help would be much appreciated / anybody have experience of such a thing?

From what you are describing it sounds like a draining problem so worth checking all fingers etc….

f this does not solve the issue then it may be worth checking out the ukwhitegoods.co.uk site and asking one of the engineers on there
