Extend Copper Piping for Shower After bathroom Re-Fit

by Mannion13 » Mon Oct 10, 2022 12:25 pm

Hi, I made a decision to fit a new suite and re-tile my bathroom- no moving of pipes or anything too complex!

however my shower pipes for a mixer shower are too short - they only protrude from the tile around 10-15mm and i think they need to be 30-40mm

any advice on extending this, preferably without soldering! and if this needs to be a professional plumber would this be an expensive job?

Hi mannion13,
Many shower valves come with chrome cranked adaptors which will do what you want.
