I have also been reading some reviews of varying USB heated blankets.
They all have the same conclusions, they get warm, not hot, often said blankets are small in size, the bigger ones only get warm in a few places, not all over.
None of them state wattage, but I did find one that clearly said "Voltage: 5V2A" which as erichmark pointed out, equates to a mere 10 watts.
A lot of them say how warm/soft the material is, obviously this will help keep the heat in.
Why don't you buy one and post back your conclusions.
