I am trying to re-hang a set of swing doors from our utility room. Everything is fine, except that on one wall everytime I put a screw in the weight of the door pulls it out.
They are the same doors and same screws. I have tried using the existing holes and plugging them, and have now plastered over these and started again in a different spot. But the screws are still coming out of the wall.
Any advice? Please.

fatter screws is one option. i've seen this problem solved with varying degrees of success with rawl plugs. but if it were me i'd redo the hinges so the screw into the frame in a different place.
