How do I remove a moulded upvc door panel and fit a flat panel so that I can install a catflap?

The beads holding in the panel will prise out using a sharp chisel David. Start in the centre of a bead and lever it out a little, place somethiung behind it and move the chisel or scraper along. The bead will then pop out.
