I have a main 24 he combi boiler which has a leak. the water appears to be travelling passed the fan then floods the burner & eventually blows the pcb ( i have already replaced 2 pcb's ), anyone got any clues why this maybe happening, it's really annoying, cheers.
The fan is at the top of the boiler, above any water connections, so it is rain water ? or is there an overflow above the flue (outside) that could be leaking - running down the wall and in the flue ?

Vertical or horizontal flue ?
it's a horizontal flue, i think the water maybe coming from the secondary heat exchanger (think that's what it's called) which is connected to the fan.
Is it sorted yet? You need to get the flue seals checked. If condense is leaking from inner flue into outer flue (air intake) and into boiler it may be a bad or damaged seal, wouldnt be the first time.
