Best Shower system for the loft

by Saima786 » Thu Jul 08, 2010 3:50 pm

Pls can anyone advise me on the following. Have just had a Vailant Combi installed and realised the pressure is not as good as old Loft tank system. But its OK. Now here is the issue. I am having a loft Conversion with an Toliet/Shower and Hand Basin. We have one shower/bathroon in 1st floor.

I don’t want any water pressure issues if both showers are run. Should I installed a Ekectric shower in loft instead of connection to Combi Bolier. Any other suggestions

Many thanks
Sims

As the combi runs off mains cold water, if the hot water flow/pressure is poor unless there's a problem with the boiler then the cold water wont be much better.

Electric or thermostatic mixer - if the flow rate or pressure on hot and cold is poor - you'll have very poor shower.
