You may find replacing the shower won't make the problem go away!
Electric showers control the water temperature by increasing or reducing the flow rate of the water through the unit.
If you are having fluctuating temperatures, this is unlikely to be an electrical fault with the shower but more probably due to pressure being robbed by demand elsewhere. Another possibility is a reduced incoming water supply such as a partly closed stopcock for example.
