boiler wont light

hello everyone. my boiler a worchester bosch 24i greenstar. wont work in hot water or heating/wen i switch it on it makes like a wooshing sound but the main burner will not come on any ideas anyone thanx .

hello plumbbob, yes the boiler is in a new position, we use to have a back boiler,and the radiator they tapped into used to be the last radiator on the circuit . the pipework comes from second floor and drops down the wall to the first floor in 10mm and thats the pipework theyv tapped into, hope tha...

hello lads they are coming back out to look at the heating but the hot water flow is great infact its to much on my shower now it absolutely hammers out (feels good tho lol)
