Well I thought I would give an update as it may help others in future. Wired up all fine, everything works :) Hardest part was aligning mounting holes on the fitting to the joist in the ceiling. Thanks everyone for the help
Yes you are right, I realised after I posted that the extractor fan is wired to turn on when the light does. I'll match the connections in the wago that should be here soon.
