Motorised valves restrict flow

I've just bought a 22mm Drayton 2-port motorised valve and noticed that although the inlet is 22mm, the outlet seems to be restricted to about 15mm, thereby halving the throughput. This seems to be a bad design. Can anyone recommend a 2-port valve that actually has a full 22mm bore

Daikin Altherma Air Source Heat Pump and Inhibitor

Does anyone have an Altherma Air Source Heat Pump (or know of one)? I have been told not to put any inhibitor in my radiator circuit because it could damage the (aluminium) heat exchanger in the Hydrobox. Thanks for the reply, but this family of valves are diverters, not mid position valves, so there should be no way in which it can be wired to open both at the same time (which appears to be what is happening!)
