Hi Igor, I highly doubt you'll be bale to pick that up off the shelf anywhere. You'd have to go to a merchant or workshop with cutting services, buy some 25mm (I think - give it a measure) moisture resistant (MR) MDF, get the corners bevelled and give it a paint. It's almost impossible to match with...

Hi,

Yes you can, water-based acrylic emulsion is best but make sure you sand it down and give it a good wipe with a damp cloth.

If painting light colours I tend to use lighter coloured sheets like these to make it easier: https://www.cmt.co.uk/flame-retardant-corex-sheeting

Hi, Green treated softwood is probably best, C16 grade will be sufficient. If you're not to keen on the natural appearance of the timer you can stain it with some Osmo oil, bit of a price option but good stuff! If you've got the cash to spare a nail gun is always a good to have, not essential though.
