hello everyone,, i formatted my computer as others suggested, all went well, but i have now lost my microsoft office, that was pre installed, word exel etc, any one know where i will find it thanks in advance

ideal boiler

hi i have an Ideal isar HE30 boiler when i leave the house for the week i turn it down the room stat (on the wall in the front room) to about5 degrees, on my return i turn it up or turn on the hot water ( combi boiler) and the boiler does not respond, i have to go into the out house and press reset....

hi everyone i have an ideal isar HE 30 boiler, when i turn the thermastat down on the living room wall to frost stat, then try to turn it up again the boiler does not fire up, the same happens with the hot water (combi boiler) i have to go into the shed the status is flashig F then L when i press th...

thanks for taking the time to reply. not sure of the make or model, i work away all week and return home at weekend, i will post the details on Monday if thats ok, can not see how it could over heat though, it is a combi with a room stat, will post later thanks again

my boiler

hi, can anyone tell me why when i leave my thermastat right down while i am away from home does my boiler turn of and needs to be re-set every time i want hot water or heating? thanks in advance
