Thanks Steve - When I said that rad was on zero I meant frost setting. If I put rad on 2 or 3 it still belts out even in the summer when it is hot and just the water is on. we have been leaving on our heating 24 hrs a day with all the radiators on a very low setting. The one in the bathroom is on high all the time even when I set its rad. thermostsat to zero.

How can I solve this and will I be using loads of oil if this radiator is on full 24 hours a day :?:
