as per previous post but could just e a weak spark from your ignition electrode or yoour gas valve setting have gone a little astray,anyhow just get it checked

turnung every single rad off was not the best idea and i am not surprised the pressure went down very quickly as the boiler would've been heating water that had nowhere to go causing overheating and the preesure to rise and in turn causing the prv to operate. right first things first this is really realy easy to do. your new combi boiler will have a live, neutral,earth, live out and switch live return. so all you need to do is get a wire from live out to your wiring centre, do your standard s plan wiring and connect the switch live return to your orange ...

plastic pipesdote rubbish and are meant for lazy people that cant be bothered to learn a trade also the risk involved is pointless if for any reason your boiler decides to overheat do you think that plastic rubbish will hold up to plus 82deg temperatures-no it wont so be warned-god i hate that stuff...

have you got just the pcb or the whole control panel-it really isn't worth replacing just the pcb. also what model is it, on the front of gas valve there is a silve plate and on the right there is a little bit of black plastic showing and there is a number on it, it will be either 401 or 411-what is...

a combi would be of no use at all in that sized house, there is also no real reason to fit a floor standing boiler either, you can get a sufficiently sized wall hung boiler to do the job efficiently i would also reccomend an unvented mains fed cylinder-costs more to buy but the benefits outway the c...
