You can get a through wall kit for your extractor fan. If only a short distance and you are keeping the air brick then I would of suggested a ridged duct because you need to make sure the duct is hard up against the air brick. If you have a flexi duct then leave plenty of duct on so it can spring/co...

What size pipe are you joining on too? 15mm or 22mm

You can just buy a fexi hose which are avilable from screwfix or BNQ

I would be careful changing the gutter to a mini flow. You could make a bigger problem by making the gutter unable to handle the rainwater run off.
