Insulating a floor

Hi I am planning to put a raised floor at the back of my garage (2.4m x 2.4m) to create a utility area. I have spoken with the local planning dept and I understand that when I eventually separate this area from the garage with a stud wall I will need to go through development control. But for now, I...

On the wall with the window, I knew where I wanted the tiles to end, so I started there w...

Stud wall in a shower

I am extending my ensuite so I can fit a larger shower tray. This means I will be building a new stud wall which will form one side of the shower. Can I just plasterboard this and tile on top, or should I install some form of vapour barrier between the plasterboard and the tiles?
