Is it against the Law to fit a water softner without a point of use drinking tap,customer is not bothered about having one,cos of the cost. Thanks

baxi probs

Theres power to the gas valve thats why the boiler operates for about 10 mins,then shuts down.LED stays on which indicates the pilot solenoid is the problem.You cant buy just the pilot solenoid,you have to have a new gas valve.

cold feed probs

hi,sounds very much like a blockage in your system,check that the cold feed from the expansion tank that feeds your heating is not blocked,if the water cannot expand thru the cold feed it will pump over.This is quite common in old systems.BG are a rip off,you can get a powerflush done for about £30...

F&E Blockage

check that the cold feed from your feed and expansion tank is not blocked,sounds very much this the case.Dosent matter how much you vent etc,if theirs no water going in, your going nowhere

bathroom radiator

Currently upgrading a gravity hot water/pumped heating to an S plan.Customer wants the bath radiator to come on with hot water,oviousley we have to tee off before zone valve.Problem is how to set this up so that when cylinder stat satisfied it wont turn the radiator off? Thank you :?
