Try a product called Bona Gap Master. It comes in a range of wood colours and will fill gaps upto about 5mm.

Its a bit like a silicone sealant but importantly it is "Silicone Free". This means you can lacquer over it when it is dry.

Check compatibility of the Hardwax on a small area first before doing the whole floor. If you want to change to a lacquer surface you will need to sand off the old product first. If the gaps are larger than 5mm the product you need is called Gapmaster. It comes in many wood colours so you should find a match
The specific problem with Silicon sealants is that they will repel any future finishes you apply to the wood.
