ig or catnic both the same all the lintols they supply regardless of lenght are assumed to be structurally approved for that particular job and the bco`s assume that. no harm in cetting confirmation before you start though

just replied tothis post assume when you said double thought you ment on both walls . the only time i ve come across this on timber frame buildings

either your miss reading the drawings or they are wrong i have built roovfs and submitted drawings for both planniong and regs and can`t understand the need for two wallplates .how could it be possible to secure the outside plate with w/p straps

raise your meh on 50mm.pegs so the concrete completely surrounds the conc. make sure you hsve a minimum of 25mm of concrete to the slab surface this avoids concrete blister caused by moisture egress try using "leca" loose fill insulation can be poured in your formers before you start the b...
