If you can locate the studs it would be easier to get a good fixing, if not have a look at gripitfixings.co.uk., they offer plasterboard fixings that can carry 90 kg per fixing.

Have a look at gripitfixings.co.uk , they have a good range of cavity fixings that'll carry around 90kg per fixing.

Most brackets included a few decent fixings, but if in doubt do a test drill in a spot that won't be visible. Drill an 7mm hole 2 1/2" deep. Pop a brown plug in and a 2 1/2" no10 pan head screw, leave a bit of the screw sticking out, give it a tug with the claw hammer and see how it fares.

Sounds fine to me, if you're using timber uprights , put a small piece of damp proof course or thick plastic underneath them. The floor probably has no damp proof course and the uprights may perish quickly.

Check the thickness of the walls to see if there is a cavity, if not get it externally insulated and rendered in something like K1. Also does the extension have a flat or pitched roof? There may be a casting hole not sealed up or the basin waste may need removing and refitting with a bit of plumbers mate putty on the gasket before tightening.

Check the motor brushes, ( large slotted plastic screw either side of motor housing). Or a simple as it sounds, cut off the moulded plug and replace with a new one. If you can afford one, buy a festool body grip psb 300 or similar. I've had one for seven years and its still as good as day one, even a used one from eBay would be a good buy. Standard worktop height is 900mm, so about 850mm above finished floor level should be ok. Might be a bit pricey but, in a similar situation I've had a double glazed unit made with a hole formed in it for a fan that is specifically for that location.
Provides ventilation and maintains security/privacy.

You can buy and earth clamp from any electrical wholesaler, the earth wire can be attached, usually by a nut/ bolt, then the thin metal strap can be passed around the copper pipe below the valve and tightened up.
If you have a combi boiler you may see a few of them connected up with earthing wires.
