Thx will be adding some ladders and will increase the hatch size I take it I would need a supporting wall or rsj if I was use 2 smaller beams and join/overlap them in the middle

May be a daft question but how do you get floor beams into the attic without taking the roof to bits my attic is 6m in length could i just use 2 lengths of 3.6m lengths and overlap or will i need a suporting wall/beam to do under the overlap. also if using a 400mm space between each beam what do i d...
