Sorting the Ground Level and also DPC Queries

Hi, Never had damp at the front of the house but from the image attached, the Green Line is the old ground level, Blue is the DPC and the red line is the footings. The previous owner I believe raised the ground level to un slope the front garden going above the DPC (they were old and keen gardners)....

Hi, I was starting to lay laminate floor and noticed the walls either side of the door are offset from each other.
