Thank you for the response. I'm waiting to hear back from xpelair. There's decorators caulk all around the edge of the cover, I've cut through it but the thing does't budge, any clips are covered/hidden by the caulk

My bathroom extractor fan stopped working and I cant see how to remove the cover. It appears whoever tiled the room did so right up to, and possibly over, the cover and I can't figure out how to remove it. I live in a ground floor flat so wall mounting the fan is the only option.
