Neeed help.

I have removed my baxi back boiler and am fitting a second hand wickes finest boiler in the builders opening, i am having difficulty connecting flue outlet to copex liner, is there a adaptor???? :

re towel rail The valves pictured are angled which allows the pipe to run at 90* to the towel rail, by the sounds of it you need straight valves this allows for the pipes to run straight from floor into valve than into towel rail. 90* angled rad valves are more for normal radiators or for towel rail...

Floor tiles before or after fitting toilet?

Hi guys

Can i tile my floor first, than lay toilet and sink pedestal on grip fill bed?

Or shall i fit toilet and sink first then make tricky cuts to tile around?

Laying wc on floor tiles?

Hi i am redoing the bathroom at the moment and was wondering can i lay the floor tiles first, then place toilet on top or do i have to lay toilet first than tile around? same goes for sink pedestal?

I was going to lay on a bed of grip fill to take up any knocking etc...

TILES ON MDF-THE ULTIMATE SIN????

HI GUYS CAN I TILE ON MDF? I KNOW ITS NOT IDEAL BUT ITS TO BOX IN A CONCEALD CYSTERN AND SOIL DOWN PIPE, AREA IS NOT GOING TO GET DIRECTLY WET!

WAS GOING TO USE 9MM MDF AND PRIME WITH 100%PVA THEN USE WATER PROOF ADHESIVE AND GROUT. ANYONE ELSE DONE THIS?

Painting upvc

Hi,

I am rennovating my flat and cant afford to replace all the windows. I want to paint just the borders of the windows white, as they look quite scummy, anyone reccomend a good cleaner or what paint to use, cheers.

Hi i recently had to patch plaster over chanels made when i re-wired my property. I used thistle bonding and than skimmed with patch plaster with good results, hpwever i got drips of dried pva on the wall which have now dried(showed up on miss coat) I have sanded down theses drips to the plaster ben...
