hi i have a stuart and turner, monsoon, negetive head ,twin impeller pump which runs the water ok but when not running is making a load noise,it sounds like it is trying to start,there is a cylinder on the pump which has a filling loop to it and on the top is a valve that looks like a inner tube val...

No you haven't ruined your walls,mix emulsion paint with water,about 2water to 1 paint then paint the walls with this mix leave it to dry ,then paint walls as normal

another possibilty is the diverter valve is faulty
what sort of boiler do you have

its all sorted thx,was a simple problem of air,i remooved the air to the cylinder and all is ok now,but the towel rail i had to release the air from that by removing the pipes connected to the rad
hopefully this will help anyone who has same problem

i have fitted a indirect cylinder which runs off a back boiler the heating to all rads but 1 which is a towel rail are all ok i need to bleed the towel rail but there are no bleed valves on it (its a very old system) and there is no hot water at all help plz is there a way to bleed th rail and why n...

hi all my rads are ok they all have termo valves and anti tamper valves on the return which need a star key to adjust but 1 rad wont get hot it was ok then just went off i have checked the valves all seem ok on the flow pipe there is a drain valve i put a hose on this and drained water then the wate...

black dry mould

hi my bedroom wall have dry black mould like marks on it,this only
applies to the outside wall,the walls are lining paper and matt emulsion
what is this please and whats the remedy,i am about to redecorate the bedroom and want to make sure this problem does not retrun thx

well thx all for your help,i fitted a pressure reducing valve to the cold mains,but no luck,so as the last post suggested i will be runnin a cold feed from the tank,hopefully this will solve the problem,will let you know and thx again
