Alpha CD50 Condensing Combi Boiler - persistant leakage.

The above boiler was fitted in current property approx. 4 years ago when new - and I have recurring leakage problems regularly. It either 'dumps' directly under the boiler or/and projects water (with system presssure I assume) approx. 12" to 18" in front of the boiler soaking the carpet. J...

Flushing of a condensing gas central heating system

Is it a complex task to carry out the flushing and refill of a condensing gas central heating system with an inhibitor to prevent corrosion as I don't think there was any in the system in the first place?
The system is about 2. 1/2 years old. Make Alpha CD50.

Karndean flooring

I am about to have Karndean flooring fitted in bathrooms by installer.
Should the toilet bowl be lifted to allow fitting underneath, or is it normally just fitted around and sealed?
Thanks in advance.
