plaster splashes on brickwork

Hi, need some advice on how to remove some plaster splashes from house brick surface. It's a small area of about 1sq mtr, which i want to be left exposed for effect above a wide entrance door. Fisher & paykel dishwasher

This washer is a 2 drawer type and about 4 years old. both drawers when in use stop during cycle at different times. No failure code is given in the display. The machine will complete its cycle when the start button is pressed again. Thank's for any help.
