Drive Cracking around Manhole

I have a manhole cover in the drive and the tarmac is cracking around the edge. How can this be repaired. Is it easy or do I need a proffesional.

It is not too bad at the moment but I imagine if I keep putting the car over it, it will gradually get worse.

Any help gratefull.

Drainage Firms - Help

Can anyone recommend a good drainage firm in South Yorkshire. I need to have some aco drainage installed and connected to existing FW and SW System. Been quoted anywhere from £400 to £1400 for the work and each firm seems to want to do it a different way. Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks

I cannot raise the level of the drive as the airbricks are on floor level. If I raise the drive (At the house end) this would block off the air bricks. I understand what you say but am not sure this is an option.

Pump Speed

Pump was set at setting 3 before the issue and is still at 3 now. Ideal condensing boiler with immersion tank and f&e tank and other tank in loft. Not an expert but if I can give any more info please let me know. PLumber came and listend to the noise and said it was air be pushed through the rads.
