hi alan the only real way of doing it is to gun up the floor and use some underground 45 degree fittings and get the soil pipe tight against the wall. I have done several of these, its a pain but its the only real way. Although i have seen some pans fron from the continent that have the outlet built...

Have you thought of channelling out the wall and taking the drain around the bottom of the wall? Make good with carlite bonding if you are going to tile or plaster it if you aare going to paint?

Why don't you take the waste pipe in the wall instead of digging up the floor? then tile or replaster the bottom 6 inches of the wall.
