It sounds like you have a negative head problem means your cold water storage tank is to low for any pressure to flow from shower head ( you can google shower negative head ) If you drop the shower head lower down does the pressure get better? My first thought is the ball valve is still not fixed, can you isolate the tank as in turn off the ball valve. I think it is still dripping in tank filling it quiet full ( should only be quarter full ) then when you put the boiler on the water starts to heat then it starts pouring out of overflow pipe

Do you have two tanks in loft if so do you have two overflow pipes or are they joined to one

I would change switch looks like a bad contact somewhere and you said you changed the pendant.

Could also take switch face plates off and make sure the screws are tight on the wires both switches

It will just be on its maximum now.

Watch the pin in the centre they tend to weep sometimes yours looks like it has in the past as it is corroded

I think that will go inside 100mm ducted it is for joining two 100mm duct together then I would cable tie your flexi duct to the other end.

I recommend turning them all half turn and if some are only warm and not hot give another quarter turn obviously the rads furthest from the pump will be open more than the ones closer

have you tried turning the radiators off in the house at the rad valves to see if radiators get hot in loft?

Possible air lock

or your whole house could possibly need radiator balancing

Is it a sealed system or vented as in is there red expansion vessels on your heating or is there a small 4 gallon tank in the loft?
