Grouting Problem

Hi, I have tiled my en-suite with 20x20 stone tiles. The tiles have a rough look to them, with natural dimples. If i grout them normally, all these holes would be filled in, which i don't want. Basically i think i need some kind of tool to grout exactly down the joints. Any help or advice would be a...

Water Regs for Basin Taps

Hi, I have a 4 year old house and decided to tile the bathroom floor. I called a plumber out and when he came he had a look at my basin. He told me it had been fit illegally because it didnt have any isolating valves on the pipes to the taps. I phoned Wimpey up who built the house, they said it was ...

Tiling Over Pipe

I have had my radiator replaced with a towel heater. The plumber has had to take a pipe down the back of the plasterboard, but at the bottom he cut a piece out 30cm long and about 6cm high so he could connect the pipes. There is a metal type post in the way, so he took it round this post at the botto...

When we have our radiators on, in some rooms they are very warm, while in others they are quite cold. Is there a simple remedy for this?
