Hi have you replaced it with the same LOW pressure type as i assume your old system worked of storage tank in the roof and from the hot water cylinder, and not with one the works on a combi if its not a low pressure one that will be the cause of your problem as well, so check out what model you have...

souds like its due for a good service and a check over with the gas working pressures etc and i should get the engineer to check the plate heat exchanger as it does sound like its getting clogged up and need descaling etc

hi i do not know why everyone pulls ravenheat down as being a bad boilers they are no worse than a lot of other manufacturers in fact for the price i think they represent very good value I have been carrying out out of warrenty work for ravenheat for a few years now and for private customers as well...
