Re: How do you Renovate a Table With Marks, Scratches and Holes?

Marks, holes and scratches? I'd start by filling the holes, you can use sawdust and epoxy.

Then sand the whole table down with a pretty coarse grade of sandpaper, and finish with finer grade paper.

Get some fresh paint on there and should be sweet.

Re: Can I Remove a Continuous Internal Wall on Ground Floor and Upper Floor?

I should imagine it is possible.

However, cannot possibly answer this properly since we don't know if it's a structurally integral wall.

I'm imagining that will probably be an issue for you. Finding out the walls are structurally integral...

Re: Wallpapering onto Large Amount of Filler

I would have away with some of the foam filler and skim the surface with plaster or poly filler. Sand with medium grit paper and then wallpaper over it... Just my 2 cents

Re: Shower Draining Very Slowly and Water From Sink Coming up Through Plughole

I've had the same problem in several of my properties and didn't know until I'd already moved new tenants in, I always get it done for a fixed price by https://www.drain247.co.uk/ they offer fixed prices for individual domestic issues too, so I'd say if you can't be bothered for hassle use them. Re: How to Deal With Mold in the Bedroom Located in Alcove

If the room is prone to condensation/humidity already then the air brick is a good idea either way, I'd say give it a go and it may well sort the issue, if not it's not all bad since it sounds to be necessary for the room anyway.

I'm glad to see others admire the quality of theirs too!

It is just purely down to excellent design, something that Stanley generally does quite nicely!
